Yes I verified it. And there is a "junk" rule set up.

 

Upon further testing it was the Adult content rule.
and considering one of the senders last names was Pounds......you take it from there.

I would first verify, with your OWN eyes, that there is not a rule.  Secondly, check to see if they have some kind of spam filter or adult/junk filter setup.  Other than, haven't seen it before.\

Hello....

 

I have a unique issue. I have a high profile end user that has an email problem. The problem being, is when he receives a forward from either the CEO or one another director, the email goes straight to the trash. There isn't a rule setup for this. I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this. I couldn't find anything on the Knowledge Base.
