You can open AD Users and Computers and select: Move Mailbox. Just do a small bunch at a time. You might also consider one of the third party utilities: http://www.aelita.com/products/EMW.htm http://www.netiq.com/products/em/default.asp You also have to consider DL, CR, public folder hierarchy and permissions. ADC needs to be set up correctly. But if you already have the servers set up, you likely already know this stuff.
