I've
seen this before. It's usually NOS service pack related. Try re-applying SP4 of
Exchange and see if that fixes it. I bet it broke after installing
WIN2K SP2. I'm not sure what causes it.. something on the IIS side gets
whacked and the Exchange WEB side loses some registered
DLL's.
The
other option is to find the DLL that runs that process in webmail and unregister
it and re-register it in IIS 5.0
