This is your problem. I have heard of two other systems using Groupshield 
doing the same thing. Get Trend or Antigen.

We've had problems with our Exchange store dismounting unexpectedly. 
This happens quite often - sometimes two or three times a week.  We are 
using GroupShield anti-virus software.  Other than that, we have nothing 
else running on that server.  Has anyone experienced this problem? 
Would appreciate any thoughts or ideas we could get.  Thanks.
