Windows XP with outlook 2002 every time click on Outlook Today it tells you
can not display the page and it gives a message downloading file MSOxx.tmp
would like to open or save no mater which option you choose it generate
error can not write to c:\Document~1\username\localset\tmp. Any help will be
appreciated.
