There isn't a limit as far as I know.

Hello.
How many SMTP addresses can be assigned to one Exchange mailbox in Exchange 5.5
As well, is there a script or easy way to remove numerous SMTP addresses in the Organization. We currently host a number of SMTP addresses which we no longer wish to associate with our user's mailboxes, and would like find an automated way to remove them.
