yes I did. I just found that the problem is larger than I thought. I tried to set up a dummy account & got the same error. It appears I can't add users to Exchange. Well I can but it doesn't see them in the address list.

Try putting in the IP address of the Exchange Server instead of the name, & this will test if this is the problem. Alternatively, pinging the server by name will also test this. We are running E2K. I have one users that can't connect to the exchange server. The Error message is "The name could not be resolved The name could not be matched to a name in the address list". This user has been using Exchange for about 6months with no problems then Monday mid day this started. We reinstalled the OS on her computer. Verified that she has an Exchange account. Get this she can use OWA with no problems, send or receiving. It's just when I try to set outlook up I get this error. I enter the server name & the user name then click Check name. I receive the error as stated above. Any ideas?
