My first install was with 4.5 on OS/2. I went to training at their site, and with that got to talk to the internal people. I have found support really good, and really didn't have many issues. We had 12 phone lines - 4 DID and the rest analog. Ran both Fax Back and faxing, with the CC:Mail connector to start, then Exchange 5.5 connector. Now running ver6 here, and going to implement another server locally here in next 2 months.
