Trying to completely understand, but are the smtp services running on your server? What about the imap store etc etc. Is port 25 open from the firewall NAT'ed to the internal IP? Does the server have a gateway so it can find its way out for mail delivery?
Can you resolve external DNS entries from the internal DNS? Does dns have the root [.] at the top thus thinking it's the primary zone for all .com etc etc. If so you probably have to delete that, flush the cache, put forwarders (optional, but recommended) and you should be able to see out as well. -----Original Message----- From: Jackie [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Friday, March 29, 2002 4:31 PM To: MS-Exchange Admin Issues Subject: Exchange 2000 Setting Now, My exchnage is Private IP and behine Firewall, also I cannot received mail.
