Outlook Takes long to time connect:

Hi!   We are running Exchange 2000 server(SP1) in Win2kDC(sp2).GC is running in seperate win2k server.DHCP,DNS ,WINS are running in win2k Dcs,DHCP issues dns and wins ips to client machines, We have windows98, win2kpro,winnt 4 workstations with lattest service packs updated.Recently we found  when users try  to connect exchange using outlook , they are getting an error message saying that "Your Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable.,,,,,,,,,Retry...WorkOffline...Close..".When they choose retry it goes fine and opens inbox.But it takes long time to connect and afterwards it prompts the message..Retry...WorkOffline...Close..   DNS is working fine , we can able to get nslookup output from the clients, .............
