A little fine tuning help please...

So this is what I get when I send email to my domain:      ----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors ----- <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>     (reason: 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for [EMAIL PROTECTED])      ----- Transcript of session follows ----- ... while talking to scotiazone.com.: >>> RCPT To:<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> <<< 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for [EMAIL PROTECTED] 550 5.1.1 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>... User unknown The funny thing is that this is a reply from a  mail I sent out using the mail.scotiazone.com/exchange OWA. It mailed it out fine, when I replied, I get this. Any ideas?
