You can view the event log of any machine on your network from your local event viewer.  And you can open multiple copies of Event Viewer if you really need to do that.

Dunno about multiple logs at once, but "eventvwr \\servername" works to allow me to see the Event log of \\servername from my Win2K Pro box. I suppose you could open multiple command prompts, and issue the command in each, pointing at a different server.
