Events...are straying?

I noticed the other day that a lot of Exchange Events are going to an old PDC's event logs (i.e. events 9318, 179,180). I looked in Exch Admin and do not see why it would point there. I am about to take this old machine offline, so I would like that path to change. Actually, I would like to know why they are not going into Exchange's event logs exclusively.
