I'm using a Dell PowerEdge 1650 server as webserver and trying to install Outlook Web Access on it, but get this error when running the setup program saying "the application did not initialize properly" and no option except closing the dialog box and quitting the setup. The OS is Win2K but Dell modified, could that cause this, or is it some other Dell software?
