No, you do not need another Exchange server. Follow the URL from William and go to section 3.23.
If you are hosting yr own domain and have yr own dns, then you need to create another sub-domain and create another mx record to point to the Exchange server. If the domain is hosted by ISP just ask the ISP to host the sub-domain also.
