There are several good articles on MS' website that describe how to configure the system this way. As a side note, with E2k, you have to have the "Enterprise" edition of Exchange to split off the OWA on a different server. We currently access all OWA traffic through one Exchange server. However, we want to move that to another Exchange server so that the old server can be decommissioned.
