Exchange version is 5.5 SP4, she is not hidden, and all fields First Name, Last Name, Display Name, and Alias are proper.
Correct that - I just checked again and the First Name field had a space in front of her name. So ",L" wouldn't work but ", L" would and I'll bet that two spaces would as well. I believe it is fixed.
