I have a user whose calendar is playing up - random deletions etc. His Outlook isn't set up for offline use and he has no pda software on the pc, yet whenever he opens Outlook it says it is syncing as if he has offline folders setup! Offline folders definitely aren't setup and there is no .OST file on his pc so that can't be the case. Any ideas?
