By not working, what do you mean?

What troubleshooting steps  have you tried?

Did you follow the front-end back-end white paper for the list of ports
to open up?

Is there a reason why I can't install exchange 2000 front end server on

dmz subnet?  I have opened all the ports on the firewall for inbound and
