I like the requirement to wait.  

Now management can't come to my door with the new employee they forgot
to tell IT about and demand they be set up Right Now.

How much stuff you got to replicate? How many servers you have? How big
are your pipes? One of the best pieces of advice with Exchange is learn
to wait.

You can could manually force a replication, or connect to the other
server.

When we create a new e-mail user on our Exchange 2000 server, the new
user is not visible on our other Exchange 2000 which is in another
Administrative Group for about 2 hours, is there a setting which can be
changed to speed this up
