I prefer it as well, but some people freak over it. Some clients may not

Outlook depends on settings in Internet Explorer for some security.  

How vulnerable will depend on Outlook and IE versions as well as settings.

I have been asked to look into setting HTML as the default email format on
our Exchange 5.5 SP4 set up.

1) is this a good idea?  I though I had heard somewhere that this was more
prone to virus attack.
2) How do you set it if it is a good idea?
