List gurus:

First I want to express my gratitude for this list. I have learned a ton of
info from lurking here:)

I hope you can help with this one. Outlook 2000 SP1 on a Windows 2000 SP2
PC. Server is NT4 SP6a running Exchange 5.5 SP4. The user tries to
autoarchive or archive and receives the following message:

Archive skips store due to error. Failed to open a source store.

When I open the archive file, it appears to have archived items ok. I
believe the user may have a password on the personal folder, but Outlook is
open so this shouldn't be a problem. Scanpst.exe reports 0 errors with the
archive.pst file. His server folders and personal folders appear to be
working normally. Any idea what this error means and how to get rid of it?

TIA,

Kyle B. Plummer
