OWA behind a firewall - need suggestions

Hi everyone,   Looking for a little advice on the easiest way to setup OWA behind a firewall (SEF 7.0). Currently I can access the account but upon downloading I get an internal source error twice. I’ve down some preliminary research and it’s suggest that this caused because of an incompatibility between the firewall and browser. Specifically with HTTP v 1.1. What’s the easiest way to make this work?
