We use the Desktop Messaging but not the Fax. I assume you are using a Nortel switch. I know that the basic software includes licensing for two users for the Messaging, but I am not certain about the Fax. You might consider testing it with the two licenses you already have. Then you just purchase the number of licenses you need if you decide it is the way you want to go.
