Yep Especially when I put it under a heavy load.  They told me to patch with this file on the website.
 
Still exhibits the same behavior..  I'm going to find a better solution.
 
Did you find a better fix than that?

Hi folks,
I would like to limit what my users can see and do on their desktop like;
No My Computer, Cannot Run, or  cannot run Explorer and not see the network neigbourhood on their desktop.
They would log on to an NT Server 4.0 PDC domain.
I would be glad for any input on creating a template or profile for this purpose.
