I like the Gfi product line. Mail essentials works great on spam and content filtering, has a few addons including web based responding, which I don't know if the others have. When an email gets quarantined for rule violation I can click on a link in the email to approve/deny it so I don't have to radmin into the server. Stuff like that .. They have a free trial as well .
