I've inherited an exchange 5.5 server. My question is on the Storage limits when a user reaches or passes their storage limit on their mailbox the server does not inform them, isn't there a place to set this up? And where would that be?
Also when someone sends mail to a user who has passed their limit they get a response back saying the user was not available to receive the message. A bit cryptic, is there a way to send a more descriptive message?
