You must be logged on as the "NAV service" user. I fixed it by changing the NAV service  to my user name.

hey,

ive got one server running outlook 98, the exchange admin program, and backup exec 8.6
(win2k sp2)
ive installed the licenses for backing up exchange.
when i go to a remote server i can backup the IS and the DS, but not the mailboxes.. i get prompted for a username..

any ideas why?
the exchange module is installed on the remote server, but not listed as a service.
