Is there any document or white paper for this? Two different organizations in different domains with multi servers and sites are in question here.

The move server wizard on the Exchange 5.5 SP4 CD will allow you to merge organizations. The other choice is the inter-org connector to synch the directories.

Our company is merging with another company. Both companies are on MS
Exchange. They are asking to merge
both Exchange organisations. Where I can find information about it? Any
tips?
We are on NT4 Exchange 5.5 sp 3.
