Subject: Disable Outlook Bar?

Is there a way to disable (remove or grey out) the Outlook Bar from
Outlook 2000/XP. I like to keep things standard in our office, and I find
that the "Folder List" provides more options than the AOL Looking Outlook
Bar.

I've set a lot of things in a GPO, but haven't found anything that would
force the use of the Folder List or disable the Outlook Bar.
