Well, one problem you may get is public folder access.  If you use DLs
in 5.5 for public folder access (not unreasonable to assume so) then
note that the ADC is hard coded to create UDGs in AD based on the DLs.
When people then access the public folders, the E2k store.exe process
will try to convert the UDGs to USGs, but this will fail since USGs can
only exist in native mode domains.

No, Jesse you are not required to be running Native mode.  Mixed will be
fine.

When I upgrade my Exchange 5.5 server to Exchange 2000... Am I required
