Actually, when it works it seems to work pretty well. You can set it so that the user intervention is nil and they get a standard set of program settings. However, we have had issues here where the clients lose the licensing information and thats when the phone calls start! No biggie to fix, as you just run a quick reg hack and all is well until the next time you use it.
Now, having said all that....
We use it on Exchange 5.5 sp4 running on NT 4 sp6a
