Although I try to avoid getting involved, I show the bandwidth logs to bossman, showing this user as sucking up to 40% of our bandwidth, and he shrugs. I tell this "user" that the bossman is looking at the logs, and he is p*ssed. He slows down for a day or two, but... My job is to recommend solutions, and to help them develop a security policy. What they view as priority is out of my hands. I am pretty darn close on getting ISA though.
