No kidding!

James,

Don't be afraid to be flamed. I've gotten my britches burned quite badly
a
number of times. Every time I have, I go back and look at why I got
flamed.
Was I doing something stupid? Did I just miss something in my
troubleshooting process? Did I post something that makes no sense? I've
learned from being slapped around (by some of the best). The other thing
you
should remember is, who the heck cares what someone else thinks about
you.
They don't pay your salary. Post away and if you get flamed, then go
back
and learn.

You know, some of you are a bunch of f**king hang-lows. So sorry not to
be
born the apparent microsoft technical expert that you apparently were,
but
some of us are still learning. You know, the up curve? You do
understand
that a domain is a grouping of network resources and not your backyard
run
that you need to piss along the borders of right? I'm afraid to ask a
damn
question for fear I'll get flamed like half these people do. So I guess
I'll spend four times as long hunting and researching the answers I came
to
find quickly, by joining this list in the first place.

A**holes.

LEAVE IT THE HELL ALONE THEN! Has your server performance degraded? Or
are
you just worried that your server is using the memory that you put in
it?
And another note, go read the damn FAQ's! If you had read them before
posting, chances are you wouldn't have posted because your question
would
have already been answered. Here is the link just so you don't have to
ask
for it.

Subject: Exchange 2000 SP3

I have an Exchange 2000 server w/SP2. This morning I installed SP3 and
restarted.

The STORE.EXE is now taking 99% of the CPU.

I tried restarting all Exchange services but still have the same result.

I also looked for the BkExpandDontRun enabled in the following registry
key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ExCDO\Parameters

It is not there.

I did not have this with SP2.

Any idea what's causing this?

PLEASE HELP......

Thank you,

Charles J. Laut
