No kidding! James, Don't be afraid to be flamed. I've gotten my britches burned quite badly a number of times. Every time I have, I go back and look at why I got flamed. Was I doing something stupid? Did I just miss something in my troubleshooting process? Did I post something that makes no sense? I've learned from being slapped around (by some of the best). The other thing you should remember is, who the heck cares what someone else thinks about you. They don't pay your salary.
