Just found it.  Apparently in the firewall there is a limitation that can be set for mail size.  Things now work fine.  THanks

We have an Exchange 5.5 server sp4 running on NT4 sp6a the seems to be losing emails that are large in size( haven't determined exact size yet - seem to fluctuate).  There is nothing in the event viewer indicating an error, the file is gone from the queue on the exchange server and it never gets to where it is suppose to go. 

Any ideas on this???
