There are two ways that I know of :
1) Use a directory export, I forget the exact field, but one of the
fields includes who has been given delegate access by going to Tools->Options
in Outlook and granting access that way. [Let me know if you want to know
the field, and I'll try to dig it out]
2) Microsoft have tool, which I'm not sure whether it is available
externally or not, called mbinfo, that lists all types of non-standard access ..
eg if I just right click on a folder under inbox and give someone access.. it'll
be listed in the mbinfo output.
