Subject: Users over their limit can't delete itemsWe have seen a new problem here since switching to Exchange 2000 (sp2). I've had at least 3 people recently who can't delete anything from their mailbox after they exceed their mailbox limit. It gives them an error that the item was either already deleted or moved. But then if you do a shift-delete, you can delete the items. This was not the case on Exchange 5.5. Is there a setting somewhere I need to tweak? We have deleted item retention turned on for 30 days and a 100MB limit.
