I am running Exchange 2003 native HTTP virtual server. I do
have trend micro services that scan for potential viruses.

I would be examining the event logs immediately before the services
failed.

That didn't work I tried that several times. How would go
about troubleshooting this issue.

Iisreset.exe

Or you could figure out why the service is crashing and fix that
problem.

            Hello

I have an exchange 2003 sp1 which runs HTTP virtual server. Lately the
HTTP service started to fail the only way to get it back up and running
is to reboot the exchange server. I really need input on how I can
restart the services without rebooting the mail server.
