Thanks for this. What I did for now was have them add the delegate back, strip her permissions down to purely Reviewer for the calendar (which she has now) removing all checkboxes that would send meeting notices to her. Waiting to here is that fixes the problem. If it does, we'll let it sit for a while before trying to remove her permanently again.
