I've just discovered that a user who accesses a shared contact list has deleted some items from the other user's contacts. I've checked deleted items and they are not there, in either deleted items folder (perhaps they empty deleted items daily) and nothing in the dumpster. I am assuming that contacts will disappear when they are not deleted by the owner? I will test here, but apart from recovery storage group (exchange 2003 sp2) which I've never had to use is there any other suggestions? Thanks. Steve
