Sounds like a spammer is using an address in your domain as the sender or reply to in the messages they are sending out.

The message, "Notifica sullo stato del recapito (Errore)", was sent from [EMAIL PROTECTED] and was discovered in SMTP Messages\Inbound located at DRMC/DRMCWEST/EX03. We get one about every 5 seconds.
