The PROBLEM is with the SQL Express 2005 install. It fails and does not properly clean up after itself. I've been working this issue with MSFT. If you have access to SQL 2005 Standard x64, and you install it BEFORE you install MOA and tell MOA to use that instance of SQL (i.e., an Advanced install) - you'll be fine.
