Okay.

Would forcing a logoff do it (just curious)?

No. That doesn't invalidate existing valid security tokens.

Will it close the sessions if you disable the user account?

Restart the system attendant. (That is - restart Exchange.)

Fix the phone. Throw it away.

Subject: Exchange 2003 multiple logons

Hi folks. I seem to have a bit of a problem with one of my external
users. He has a laptop with Outlook 2003 and a phone that can access
his mail via IMAP.

All works well for a while, and then he can no longer access Exchange
with his copy of Outlook. It just will not connect. I think it has
something to do with him having too many objects open on the Exchange
server. When I look at the logons using system manager, he has 32
different logons listed on the server, dating back three days.

How can I close these logons? I suspect, and I could be really wrong
here, that this has something to do with his Outlook Sync program he
uses for his phone.

Thanks,

Brian Rudnicke
