Users prompted when opening outlook

Starting yesterday I have had a few users that when opening Outlook are 
prompted to enter their username and password. When they enter their 
password it doesnt accept it. This morning I have even more users having the 
same problem. I dont see anything in the event logs that is helpful. Anyone 
have any ideas what this may be? OS is 2003 and so is Exchange.
