Hi chaps, I have an sbs box here. Theres a general mailbox that emails come in to (like an info@ account) and users have this set as an additional mailbox in outlook, so they can open it in the folder list, check the INFO inbox and pull out any emails they need. Theres about 5 people who do this.
Now, two emails came in the other day from a certain sender. The message tracker shows that they were delivered to the mailbox successfully, however no one can see them. Normally I would put this down to rules etc, but this mailbox is never used with just one outlook or setup as the main account in a profile, it's only ever as an additional mailbox. This makes the likelyhood that someone has created a rule for it pretty slim. Also, theres nothing for it in the deleted items or the recoverable items, which would imply no one deleted it either. Any suggestions how I can see what happened to it once it was apparently dropped in to the mailbox? This is exchange 2003 sp1.
