Actually... After digging in my brain a little bit... You want to use BlackBerryBackup.exe from a command line, this will backup the necessary data and create a "BESMgmt.BAK" file - this is the file you want to backup.
This can be found in: Root_directory:\\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Utility\ Commands Description of result BlackBerryBackup.exe -b [-o filename/-i filename] <-n/-r/-f> Backup/restore the entire BlackBerry Enterprise Server (and all its users) BlackBerryBackup.exe -u [-o filename/-i filename] <-d/-n> Backup/restore a single user BlackBerryBackup.exe -r [-o filename/-i filename] Backup/restore the BlackBerry Enterprise Server configuration information. The -r flag can also be used in conjunction with the -b flag BlackBerryBackup.exe -p [-i filename] [-o filename] Prints user information to file from the specified input file BlackBerryBackup.exe -o filename Specifies file to backup to BlackBerryBackup.exe -i filename Specifies file to restore from BlackBerryBackup.exe -f filename Backup file containing list of users. First line must be number of users in file, each user must appear on a separate line, and the last character must be newline character. -d Specifies the Display Name of the user to be backed-up/restored. If not provided, user will be prompted for it. The -d flag can only be used with the -u flag -n Specifies the BlackBerry Enterprise Server name, (can be used with all flags except -p).
