Turn the box off as normal. Update DNS. Move the box. Turn it back on. Update TCP.

This means changing the server's IP address. The reason we are wanting to move it is because the server that has no limits set on the mailboxes and the mailbox sizes are anywhere from 50kb to 9GB. Don't want to migrate them over a 100MB WAN Link. What is the process for doing this in Exchange? Is this advisable/doable?
