I don't see why you should have to cripple your email security because he's too lazy to publish proper SPF records in DNS.

I have placed the IP address of the sending server AND of the domain of the return address in the IP Allow List. Frankly, I don't know what else to do to get these newsletters in to our domain. (This isn't something I need to restart the Transport Service for, is it?)
