I take that back.  I shouldn't claim with certainty that it has
nothing to do with SPF, but: I've never seen an SPF related error that
did not in one way or another say that it related to SPF or SenderID
specifically.

Based on that, I would not go forward with SPF truobleshooting, and
instead I would contact the receiving domain to confirm *why* the
rejection took place.
