They keep all their canned responses in different signatures.

I do know this; you can change the ntfs permissions on the signature
folders/files to stop people from editing them if that's what you are
after...

Personally, I mark their default signature (The actual one with their
name and contact info) as read-only.  It prevents them from editing it
in Outlook, but they can still add other ones.  That does a pretty good
job and getting all the signatures standardized...

Interested as well...  how many users are you talking about?

My users have so many that I have to actually back them up.   I have
some users with like 40 of them.  And yes, they use templates too!
