Lol :) They keep all their canned responses in different signatures.
I do know this; you can change the ntfs permissions on the signature folders/files to stop people from editing them if that's what you are after... Personally, I mark their default signature (The actual one with their name and contact info) as read-only. It prevents them from editing it in Outlook, but they can still add other ones. That does a pretty good job and getting all the signatures standardized... -John from the schizo ward. But really Sam.
